Building Success in Norfolk's Voluntary and Community Groups
NVS provides free help, information, advice and support for locally based voluntary organisations and community groups, via our experienced staff and from our resource base.
Our staff can help groups to
- Set up a new group
- Manage your project
- Develop a constitution, policies, procedures and standards
- Decide whether to register as a charity and/or company and help you do this
- Understand the requirements of the Charity Commission and/or Registrar of Companies
- Strengthen your organisation through training and development
- Develop a fundraising plan and help identify potential funders
- Help develop funding applications
- Review your organisation through an Organisation Health Check
