Schedule of charges for Payroll Services
Cost
Initial payment of £117.50 for software licence.
Annual charge made in April £25.00 for annual updates.
Charge per month - £4.70 per month per employee.
Bank charges associated with BACS payment – at cost.
Cost of postage, where we are required to post payslips to staff.
The service will accommodate any or all of the following:-
• Detailed management reports
• Payment by BACS or cheque
• Statutory sick pay and maternity pay calculations
• Overtime and temporary staff payments
• Expense claims and allowances
• Pension calculations
• “give as you earn” deductions
• Loan deductions
• Issue payslips
• Issue of P45s
• Issue of P60s
• End of year returns etc.
A float to cover the monthly cost of the payroll will be required from the client.
A specimen contract is available upon request for potential clients.
