- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 10.00am to 1.00pm
At the centre:
- You can pop in and pick up ideas from our range of leaflets.
- You can make an appointment to speak confidentially with one of our staff about your interests and opportunities available.
- You can use our computers to surf the "Do-It" national volunteering website. To visit the site now follow the link below.
- You can use our computers to search the Worldwide Volunteering Database for available opportunities overseas.
- You can complete an application form to become a volunteer on-line.
Local opportunities include:
- Working with local youngsters.
- Exciting and enjoyable work with local seasonal festivals and cultural events.
- Getting out in the fresh air and helping with varied conservation efforts, from footpath construction to pond management.
- Practical work such as gardening, painting and driving.
