The Sector Counts:

Researching the impact of Norfolk’s voluntary and community sector for the Local Area Agreement

This report presents a ‘snapshot’ of the size, scope and impact of the VCS in order to collect evidence for those developing the Norfolk Local Area Agreement (LAA). The evidence will be used to establish baselines and to set targets for specified LAA indicators against which progress will be measured.

The research was commissioned by NVS and carried out by The Guild between April and September 2006.

The research was funded by ChangeUp, Norwich City Council and the West Norfolk Partnership Board.
